Reduction of odour emissions,
decomposition of fats

While the problem of reducing odour emissions in sewage treatment plants by dosing alginate culture mediums was solved long ago, aqua-terra Bioprodukt GmbH then had to find a solution for the even more difficult task to eliminate odour emissions in canalisations.

 

At all stations in a sewage treatment plant where application by variation of product quantity or ingredients in points and with accurancy of aim respectively increase of supply with oxygen is possible, canalisations must be seen as an always changing / differing and thus problematic floating water.

An effective solution to this problem based on mentioned situation is our product „RenoSan®". Dosed into the overloaded system, our culture mediums serve micro-organisms as "provisions for their journey" to the sewage treatment plant.

RenoSan® culture mediums immediately encapsulate floating odour components by means of a bio-film. They do not only promote an immediate and increased pro-creation of micro-organisms, but also are able to take up oxygen (O2) while floating through the canalisation system resulting in an enlarged time period oxygen is availabe to micro-organisms and bacteria responsible for decomposition.

 

Thus, the development of a well-balanced and active biocenosis, able to immediately decompose odour components and as a result impeding odour emissions, is granted.
